Chris has practiced in Caerphilly for over thirty years and was a co-founder of the firm in\u00a01994.\u00a0 He heads up the firm\u2019s Family Practice and has a wealth of experience in all aspects of family law.\u00a0 He has been a long standing member of the Law Society\u2019s Children Panel, a specialist group of solicitors conducting children cases, including child care.\u00a0 Chris holds an accreditation reflecting this.\u00a0 In particular, he specialises in cases involving Social Services and provides advice across the wide range of issues in this field and when necessary, represents family members to liaise with local authorities.<\/p>\n

Chris also deals with Conveyancing and Probate matters and has done since 1985 when he started training but has now adopted a supervisory role having left the day to day case load to the heads of department. He also acts on Landlord & Tenant matters.<\/p>\n

Rhiannon began her legal career in 2001, working as a legal assistant at a high street law firm where she assisted a director in residential conveyancing.\u00a0 She subsequently studied law through the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and graduated as an Advanced Paralegal in October 2009.<\/p>\n

Rhiannon has over 20 years\u2019 experience working in residential property and specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases; new build properties; unregistered properties; transfers of equity; and re-mortgage transactions.<\/p>\n

Rhiannon also achieved The Law Society Risk and Compliance Accreditation \u2013 Foundation Level in April 2024.<\/p>\n

Rhiannon joined Evans & Greaves in June 2025 to support, strengthen and expand the department.<\/p>\n

Emma graduated in Law from the University of Glamorgan in 2011 before completing the Legal Practice Course in 2012.<\/p>\n

Emma began her legal career in a city firm dealing with re-mortgages where she worked as a supervisor, she then joined a firm in the Caerphilly area as a Legal Assistant, during which time she completed her training with the Council of Licensed Conveyancers and became qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in August 2020.<\/p>\n

Emma can deal with all aspects of residential conveyancing including, freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, un-registered titles, assents, transfer of equity and re-mortgage transactions.<\/p>\n

Aicha graduated from the University of Portsmouth with an LLB Honours Law and European Studies Degree in 2005.<\/p>\n

After leaving University, Aicha has had a range of legal experience, initially working in the re-mortgage department at a law firm in Newport before becoming a paralegal and an advance paralegal in Personal Injury Law. Aicha\u2019s experience in Personal Injury Law has spanned over 14 years.<\/p>\n

In 2024, Aicha felt she needed a new challenge and decided to retrain in the field of residential conveyancing. Aicha has always had a keen interest in the property market and felt this was an area of law she wanted to explore further.<\/p>\n

Aicha began working as a Trainee Legal Assistant at Evans and Greaves Solicitors in July 2024 and has since progressed to a Conveyancing Assistant. Since joining Evans and Greaves Solicitors she has assisted the department in a wide range of conveyancing matters which include sales, purchases, transfers of equity and re-mortgages.<\/p>\n

Aicha has made a positive contribution to the department since joining the team. To date she has received positive client feedback in relation to her helpful and understanding attitude, and fantastic telephone manner.<\/p>\n

Maria started her employment at Evans & Greaves in June 1997 as a Secretary to \u00a0the Senior Partner.\u00a0\u00a0 Her career within the practice has taken her between the then Criminal Department and Conveyancing Department, where her role developed into a legal assistant. \u00a0In June 2015, seeking a different challenge, Maria took on the role of Legal Cashier within the Accounts Department.<\/p>\n

Such was Maria\u2019s experience and knowledge of the business she was promoted to \u00a0Office and Accounts Manager in September 2019.<\/p>\n
