A:<\/strong>\u00a0This year is a very special year for us as it marks the 30th<\/sup>\u00a0anniversary of our firm being established. We are proud to have been serving the people of Caerphilly and surrounding areas for so long.<\/p>\n A lot has changed in that time and we have adapted to new technologies, new client challenges and new market circumstances. However, at our heart we are a client-centric firm and that hasn\u2019t changed at all.<\/p>\n A:<\/strong>\u00a0A few years ago, we spent some time reviewing our brand and what makes us stand out. We reflected on the customer feedback we had been getting over the years and were pleased that for many, we are not just a firm of solicitors addressing legal matters but a helping hand when you need it. As a result, we relaunched the firm with our \u2018Helping hand\u2019 branding in 2020.<\/p>\n A:<\/strong>\u00a0I love problem solving and building relationships with clients.\u00a0 Every client is different, so every piece of advice needs to be tailored carefully to their specific circumstances and needs.\u00a0 As a result, many of our clients have been with us for a very long time and nothing pleases me more than bumping into a family or an individual that I\u2019ve know for years and hearing how they are getting on.<\/p>\n A:<\/strong>\u00a0Be passionate!\u00a0 Be curious!\u00a0 Enjoy what you do.<\/p>\n A:<\/strong>\u00a0Although we are a small firm, inclusivity is very important to us.
